Accès Habitat was founded in 2019 by Melvin Lecoq, one of the youngest real estate developers in Wallonia. Operating primarily in the Namur region, the company has quickly found success thanks to its innovative real estate model : high-end, smart, and sustainable apartments that meet today’s challenges — all offered at a price lower than the competition!
A risky bet... but one that paid off! Since its creation, Melvin has developed and sold nearly 60 apartments, with an equal number currently under construction.
Ultimately, his challenge is to address a major concern: revolutionizing access to housing for first-time buyers.
We have launched several public relations campaigns around Melvin’s project, all of which have had a direct impact on sales. Many clients have indeed come to him following media coverage. This has had a significant consequence: since Accès Habitat was founded, 100% of the apartments have been sold even before construction was completed.
Working with Melvin on a long-term basis, we first launched an awareness campaign. The goal? To get people talking about Accès Habitat and increase the company’s visibility in the region. Trends Tendances, L’Avenir, La Libre Immo, LN24, and La DH notably produced content on the subject, shining a spotlight on our client!
We then launched a second communication campaign about Accès Habitat’s new project: AURA, a complex of apartments combining luxury, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology on the banks of the Meuse River. One of the most beautiful projects to have emerged in recent years in Wallonia, covered by La Libre Immo, Le Soir, La DH, La Meuse, L’Avenir, and others !
To continue this momentum and cement his position as an entrepreneur, we launched a personal branding campaign for Melvin, which earned him a feature portrait in Trends-Tendances and an expert guest appearance on “On n’est pas des pigeons,” where he gave advice to first-time buyers.
