Elocos is an agency specializing in online visibility optimization, founded in 2020 by Germain Deflandre when he was just 16 years old. In only five years, it has established itself as a key player in next-generation SEO, supporting brands like Toyota, Ladbrokes, CBRE, and Taxis Verts.
Faced with a rapidly changing digital landscape, where Google is losing ground to search engines like TikTok, YouTube, and ChatGPT, Elocos develops innovative strategies tailored to these new channels. At just 21 years old, Germain Deflandre, winner of the B19 Young Talent Award by Belfius, leads a team of experts—all older than him. With a revenue that quadrupled in 2024 and expansion into France and the United States, the agency aims to become a leading reference in Europe.
Our paths first crossed with Germain two years ago. From the front row, he quickly realized that media coverage helps improve SEO results. However, at that time, it was still too early for him to communicate publicly about his activities. Patience paid off because when we started working together in February 2025, the company was booming, with many communication opportunities to explore.
We launched a public relations campaign to highlight the company and its founder. Our goal? To position Germain as a next-generation SEO expert in Belgium, leading one of the country’s few specialized agencies in the sector—and, of course, to attract larger clients! Results? 18 features across 14 different media outlets, including On n’est pas des pigeons, LPost, Moustique, Le Soir, Sudinfo, L'Avenir, La DH, BXFM, and more. Even more importantly, some of these generated significant traffic to Elocos’s website following their release.
Finally, Germain has just announced the launch of a new company—thanks to an innovative in-house developed tool, prestigious brands have recently reached out to him. And to top it off, his hiring process is ongoing! So, we’re far from done hearing about Elocos.
