The non-profit organization Les Jeunes Entreprises is dedicated to inspiring young people to embrace entrepreneurship from an early age. To achieve this, they offer real-life experiences through six programs designed for students from primary school to higher education (ages 8 to 25).
During the 2022-2023 school year, over 23,000 pupils and students participated in these projects. Notable programs include the well-known Innovation Camp and Mini-Entreprises, which allows senior secondary students to create and manage a mini cooperative — potentially sparking future entrepreneurial vocations !
With numerous communication opportunities arising from projects and events across different regions throughout the year, we have coordinated several successful public relations campaigns.
In october 2023, we promoted the Innovation Camp project, where 140 students from Condorcet Charleroi came together to tackle entrepreneurial challenges posed by three Belgian social economy companies. The event was covered by many media outlets, including La DH, La Libre, Télésambre, and Références (in addition to Sudinfo newspapers).
In February 2024, the Mini-Entreprises Congress brought together over 600 young people from Wallonia and Brussels. This event received both local and national media coverage. Meanwhile, a second Innovation Camp took place in Liège with 100 students from HEPL, featured in outlets such as Guido, La DH, L’Avenir, and Sudinfo.
In April, we promoted Future is Here, an event where several entrepreneurs received awards and 250 students explored entrepreneurship. Media coverage included BX1, BXFM, Guido, and La Capitale.
Finally, for the LJE Challenge, a mainly local campaign, we secured nearly 26 media mentions, with coverage by Vivacité, Sudinfo, L’Avenir, La Meuse, and TVCom.
