For three consecutive years, we have been managing TUI’s HR recruitment campaigns. The goal ? To recruit “Hotel Reps” fluent in French, English, and Dutch to work in the brand’s hotels abroad.
This is a very specific profile, as the representatives must be trilingual (English, French, and Dutch). The campaign is therefore unique in that it runs in all 3 languages !
We managed 3 distinct campaigns, all built around a consistent concept and identity, directly engaging a predominantly young, social media-savvy audience through imagery. We designed interactive and playful visuals that cleverly play with familiar codes recognized by the general public. This approach maximizes the attention span given to the ads and leaves a positive impression ! Therefore, a dual objective was achieved : reaching our target audience while creating a positive image of TUI.
In addition to the creative work, we managed the purchase of JCDecaux media spaces. Thanks to the creative freedom granted by the client, the various campaigns were displayed on street corners and public transportation throughout Brussels.
